I knew something in my life had to change but was not sure what to do or where to begin.
I was exhausted, overweight and defeated.
I tried detox teas, not eating carbs (which only made me irritable), butter in my coffee, fat burning pills, 1100 calorie diets! I felt like a fat, unhealthy, low energy failure who was getting bigger by the minute!
Why was it that EVERYONE else around me was able to lose weight and brag about it by "potentially" doing the same things I was trying?
I made it my mission to figure this out
...and here we are! At 47, I feel the best I ever have, and no longer hide from embarrassment when I walk in a room. I eat REAL food, including pizza and ice cream, and have energy to complete even my longest days as a health coach and personal trainer.
My company was founded on the idea of helping those in need of motivation to further their fitness, nutrition and health goals without any crazy diets. I completely embrace the power of healthy living and want to share that feeling with others so you can feel your BEST self too!

1. How are the lessons and material delivered to me?
All materials will be provided in the My Positive Fitness App. You will receive daily lessons, program resources, encouragement and support all thru the app.
2. Do I have to workout to get results?
Absolutely not. There aren't workouts provided with this challenge. If you desire a workout program to go with it, please reach out. You can join one of our fun fitness challenges or I can design a custom workout program for you.
3. Do I have to follow the meal plan 100% in order to see results?
No, what is provided is a "suggested" meal plan with a list of foods to eat in abundance and foods to avoid. You should NEVER have to follow ANY plan (provided by me or not) to achieve results. I live by the 80/20 rule; eat nourishing, nutrient dense food 80% of the time, and food that is good for your soul 20% of the time!
4. What results can I expect to see in participating in this program?
At the end of the 30 days, you can expect to feel lighter, have more energy and have a grasp on how to eat to FUEL your body!
